Update 3/16

I’ve been working on 2 things. 1) My upcoming website. I have the main site done and now I just need to construct the branch pages such as my art and cosplay websites as well as the website for The Adventures of Des and Brandon. 2) I’ve been working on a MEGA drawing (consisting of 12 individual drawings) of me at different stages of my life since age 6. It’s actually the “time warp” meme that I found on deviantart, but instead of doing 2-4 ages like everyone else I decided to do 12, since I look like a completely different person at each age of my life after age 11. XD It’s been really fun working on it and I can’t wait to share it!

I had this scary dream last night about my dog who was put to sleep last June. I was swimming in a creek and I saw all these dogs at the bottom of the water all looking up at me, and somehow I knew that I had to select one. I saw a bunch of dogs who have been in my life before, but I chose Gunner. After that, he was brought back to life and played with me the entire day, but at the end of the day, he started getting sick. It turned out that he had that big cancerous tumor back on his side, and it was as if time stood still, he was the same as he looked before he was put to sleep, only this time he was in even more pain. Then I heard a voice who was blaming me for bringing my dog back to life, telling me that things should never be brought back to life because their life would pick up just as it left off. o_O It was so scary but now thinking back on it… I don’t know. Um.. What was the point of this?? I like writing down dreams because of a thing called lucid dreaming… we’ll stop there.

I am so tired… I think I’m about to soon fall asleep :( and I have no idea what time I work tomorrow… They said they would text me but no one texted me yet, blah it’s awful. I need to get a job with better hours. I’ve never worked at a place where people talk shit about eachother behind everyone’s backs quite like this job. It’s like… I work with one girl, she talks crap on another girl every chance she gets, then that girl she was talking about comes in to work with me and the original girl leaves, then THAT girl does nothing but tell me all this crap on the original girl!! AHHHH I’m just fed up with that immature nonsense… My FACTORY JOB wasn’t this bad!!!!!!!! I’d rather be back at Petco with freakin pedo-STEVE. I’m considering trying for Petsmart again I really am. It’s only been 2 days of working here and I already don’t like it this much.. this sucks. Blah, goodbye, I hate complaining about stuff…

Yesterday was crazy.. I worked at Red Robin for 6 and a half hours seating people, it was just really simple. It started hailing outside like crazy!! Then it was snowing and the roads were getting bad… After work I walked to Chic-fil-a to use internet and everyone who was working there was hanging around talking to me XD Even their manager talked to me about getting a night job there. Because of the blizzard going on it was dead in there… and I picked a good day to forget my cell phone… so I used a guy’s cell phone who was working at Chic-fil-a to call Bradley to see if he was still picking me up. He was on his way but he didn’t get there until 5 because of how awful the roads got. After he got there, we tried to drive home but we couldn’t get out of the parking lot! So then me and him went back to Red Robin and had free chips and guacamole and I was just hanging out talking to some of my co-workers and I told the manager our car was going to be stuck there all night so I didn’t go to work today lol… it was crazy.. Finally Bradley called his friend who had a jeep who was nice enough to come and take us some so we wouldn’t be at Red Robin all night long… so anyway we got on the main road and it was TERRIBLE.. the traffic was backed up the entire way. What would have been a 15 minute drive was about 45 minutes to an hour. But we were just grateful that he has a friend who would do that for us :) So today I stayed home the entire day and cleaned a little.. I cleaned Charlie’s cage and I just went upstairs and had chicken. I’ve been down here with my nieces all day long. Laci just looooves to play Mario 64 hehe, she’s 4 years old :) I’m about to do my tax returns and then I’ll work more on this suprise video ;) Anyway, I’m back at work tomorrow at 10:30! (I think.)

So today I’ve been reading tons of articles about this “planet nibiru” that supposedly is going to either collide or pass by Earth in 2012 either way destroying all or most of humanity?? It’s scaring me a bit, I know I shouldn’t be reading scientific jargon about 2012 but I’m too curious about crap like that with space and whatnot. I was just wondering if anyone else has been following this story with more information on it than I’ve gathered (as in GOOD information that prooves it false?)

Besides that I’ve been playing with this awesome feature on Adobe Photoshop that I could slap myself for not realizing it was there sooner. It allows you to record anything you do to a picture and save the recording, applying it to any picture or a mass of pictures (ex: mass resizing of a folder of huge pictures to upload to the internet, applying a border to a folder of pictures, adding a watermark to a folder of pictures) this thing is amazing. I’ve been creating tons of different settings to use on photos (all of the things I normally do to edit my photos except up until now I’ve been doing each photo individually spending insane amounts of time on each one) I really feel like an idiot for not researching this, because I knew it was there, I knew Photoshop had a feature like that, I just never thought to even research it or discover it on my own. I’m usually pretty good at playing with things to the extent that I know how to work and operate everything in the program. I guess I just need to play around a bit more with Photoshop to discover things that are still undiscovered to me… (or just read a manual….psshhhh-noooo….)

Another thing I’ve been meaning to do is get all of these old videos from my camcorder upoaded to my laptop here. The problem is space and time, I haven’t been watching the number of gigs I have on my harddrive and I am down to 49 gigs of space left.. it’s awful! I discovered that on my desktop I have a folder of 50 gigs of just random video clips of my friends and I!…and even more gigs than that in photos… I really need to invest in a new portable/external hard drive. Now that I have thankfully secured a job I can plan on what to do with my tax return check. I’ve thought of either buying a new camera lens, restoring my hard drives, buying a new portable hard drive, or buying more storage space for the kitchen. All of these individually wouldn’t cost a lot in comparison to my tax return check, so the rest I’d like to save as much as I can.

Anyway, I guess I’m going to go now and figure out how I’m going to go about uploading these old camcorder videos to my computer. It would be lovely to make DVDs out of all of them, but it would take lots of time and patience.

Am I doing this right?

Boy this is confusing lol.

I guess I wanted to set this up to blog again if I ever get time to. I love facebook but I also miss blogging. I guess it’s Shiya’s fault that I finally decided to set this up because she reminded me of it by getting one too, haha!
